Senior year

Dear Upcoming Seniors,

       My Name Is Kaden Nahinu and a senior of 2020. Also known as the year of Quarantine, while it has been a great year And I had a lot of memories certain parts of my senior year was canceled but I realized my senior year wasn’t over yet. I had a lot of great times like Homecoming and playing volleyball for my school. One of my favorites was being able to go to a dance with a bunch of my cousins and my brother and we partied all night which was a blast. And my favorite all time memory was our senior sunrise where they made all the seniors cinnamon rolls. While my senior year wasn’t what I expected it has been great and so much fun.

Dear future Seniors, 

This is Eve Lee. I’m currently a foreign exchange student from Skyridge High School. This is my senior year and it was supposed to be one of the best years in my life. Suddenly, because of the COVID-19 situation my senior year got canceled. I’m so sad that my senior year can’t be fully completed and I have to do online school for the rest of the school year.  I wouldn’t be able to spend more time with friends and attend more school events, but I will never forget all memories that I have made with my school and friends. Especially the school dances that I went to. I was able to party with all my friends. I miss every moment I was at school. I miss seeing my friends playing volleyball in the gym. I’m beyond grateful that even though we couldn’t do everything with all school seniors. I will never forget how special my senior year is. We are still working so hard with school and having the best senior year.
